Ehn : the sound one makes when reaching, stretching, or propelling one’s self forward or upward, especially with difficulty and great determination. Should only be used if you are already cute.

I’m of two minds about your “mental twins” comment. Which I suppose, if your original thesis is correct, would make us mental quadruplets. The horror, the horror . . . .
